5:2 Intermittent Fasting – week 5 fast days 1 and 1.5
This week I managed only 1.5 days worthy of fasting because I’ve been ill
But in positive news I’ve managed to lose 2.2lbs this week, a whole kilogram!
I’ve almost finished reading the Fast Diet book and I’ve found it enlightening. The second half of the book gives practical advice on how to follow the diet and this was incredibly useful.
On Wednesday evening I followed some of the advice and had a big plate of veg and a small piece of turkey. I only just managed to finish the food, I’d forgotten how filling green veg was!
Only a short one this week but I’ll be back with something more substantial next week!
